Renowned for his instinct, discretion, and deep industry expertise, he works at the intersection of brand, business, and culture. Having run Grey London’s Account Leadership department through a time of fundamental change for the industry, Geraldine has direct experience of finding and nurturing the progressive talent that can transform organisations and drive growth. Combined with her previous experience as a head-hunter, she is well placed to identify the senior game changers our clients need to propel their business forward. Geraldine leads our health practice alongside her role as Global Managing Partner, finding and placing exceptional modern leaders to help all types of creative companies thrive.

Before joining The Blueprint, Debra was Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Grace Blue North America, where she established the firm’s presence and led global C-level and senior marketing/in-house agency searches for leading network and independent agencies, and several of the world’s most respected brands. Her earlier roles include Chief Talent Officer at Johannes Leonardo and leadership positions at renowned creative agencies such as Mother. Debra is known for solving business challenges with creativity and authenticity; she is passionate about building high-performing teams and aligning talent strategy with business goals to drive lasting and meaningful impact.

Alex Hancock

Passionate about search and building best-in-class research functions, Alex joins The Blueprint with international experience that spans search, agency, and brand-side. She began her career with ten years at Grace Blue where she held roles in London and New York including Partner for the US and Head of Research, working with the world’s best agencies and brands to place industry-leading talent. Most recently, as Director of Talent Acquisition at Mastercard, Alex worked with leaders to provide C-Suite talent solutions across product, tech, marketing, and administrative functions globally. Prior to this, as Senior Director at Havas, she drove recruitment across the US for CX, Havas, and TRIPTK.

Non-Exec Global Chairman

Jon Peppiatt aka Pep has spent the last 35 years at two of the UK’s leading Creative Agencies. He fulfilled a broad range of roles at BBH culminating in his appointment as Deputy Chairman and Head of Business Development in 2007 and Chairman in 2015 before leaving in early 2021. During his time as a member of the Leadership Team, BBH won Campaign’s Agency of the Year 5 times, was a 3-time winner of the IPA Effectiveness Agency of the Year and in the Sunday Times 100 Best Companies for 12 consecutive years. Pep’s passion has always been people and helping his partners grow as individuals, teams and businesses.

Laura is the Operations Lead at The Blueprint. Prior to this, she was Head of Production and Operations Executive at Intelligence Squared, where she oversaw the delivery of high-profile live and digital events featuring leading thinkers from around the world. With a strong background in production and operations, she now plays a key role in supporting both the team and clients across the creative, marketing, and communications industries.
