He will become non-exec Global Chairman at progressive executive search firm, The Blueprint.
The Blueprint was founded in 2006 by Gareth Moss and specialises in transforming creative companies by identifying the world’s best game-changing talent from advertising and also its adjacent industries.
It has a presence both here and across the US.
Peppiatt commented ‘I have been doing a range of consultancy projects over the last 12 months, including with The Blueprint, and I really wanted to become more involved. Luckily for me Gareth agreed.
Talent remains the key driver for agency success and much has been written about the current ‘Crunch’. I passionately believe our industry remains a wonderful industry to work in but we should be increasingly looking in different places to unearth the best people to do so. That’s what The Blueprint is all about.
I’m really looking forward to helping with their next stage of growth, partnering many of the top agencies on both sides of the Atlantic in their quest for brilliant, diverse and game changing talent.’
Moss stated ‘From the Great Resignation of 2021 to the Great Reshuffle of 2022, agencies aren’t able to hire quickly enough at the right standard.
Many agencies understand the critical importance of diversity in their talent base but some are more ahead of it than others. We need to be more rigorous in identifying those trailblazers within our industry but equally we must look further afield to adjacent industries and geographies that have been thriving.
To this end, I’m delighted to welcome aboard Pep who knows a thing or two about growing global business within the creative industries and the importance of hiring the best leaders the world has to offer.’
The Blueprint have also hired Elie Adamson, formerly of AKQA and Head of Client Services at We Are Social as a UK Partner, alongside some internal promotions. Geraldine Gaillemin becomes Managing Partner and Tony Samways Partner as the company continues its growth trajectory across the UK and US.
